Shipping information

Processing time

Your order will be processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

The items could be shipped from different countries depending on the item production. Items shipped from Germany are done with DHL or Deutsche Post. For more information on a specific item, please read the description under the item or contact us by email (blinkydoodly@gmail.com). Most deliveries come with a tracking number or tracking could be requested.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to most order to the US, UK, and the EU. 

Shipping time depends on the destination and where the items are shipped out so it's difficult to give an accurate estimate. 

Germany: 3-5 days 

​Outside of Germany: 7 to 14 days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and for applicable items, the email will containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Blinkydoodly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 Blinkydoodly is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Return/Exchange

It is unfortunately not possible to return the items since we are a very small business. In case of faulty items, please contact us by email.
